I am 19 years old and I know when concerned parents think "oh she's too young, she'll be irresponsible." I know because I am one of those concerned parents myself. I have a beautiful 1-year-old daughter. I have cared for my baby sister who is now 16 months while my parents have worked full time. I am very responsible and will go through thick and thin to make people happy and make sure tasks asked are completed. Ever since I was little, I have loved being around babies and kids. My great grandmother used to watch me and six other kids from Monday through Friday, and I remember how much work it was, but even then I knew that child care was a career that I wanted to pursue.
