Since August of 2001, I have worked in several teaching positions where I have enjoyed meeting and working with many varied personalities. I have had wonderful experiences teaching preschool, caring for infants/toddlers, and running an after school program for elementary students. One aspect of being a great teacher is having: • Expertise with various teaching methodologies that would help children to learn with interest and enthusiasm. Also a good learner to adapt to learn and utilize new technological teaching techniques. • experience in teaching different age groups which requires different structure and methodologies of teaching • A creative and imaginative blend which helps in delivering lessons in a practical and interesting manner among children. • A creative attitude and thus have adapted various new learning techniques which made the class interesting for students. • excellent communication skill to deliver and present learning effectively • Ability to create an enthusiastic environment and make learning a happy journey among children. • A caring attitude to attend to children's needs and concerns in time. • a strong desire to work with children • A willingness to further education as needed I feel these are all strong points of mine.
